Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal research using platforms such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Draft precise and comprehensive legal documents and correspondence.
• Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients.
• Represent clients in superior, justice, and municipal courts throughout Arizona.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure consistent communication with clients.
• Negotiate settlements and handle litigation matters with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona, in good standing.
• 4+ years of experience preferred in family law, with exposure to criminal or personal injury law a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to client service, confidentiality, and ethical practice.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances as needed.

Schedule:
