As our agency continues to grow, we're looking for a Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager to support our account management team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

About The Role

The Associate Account Manager plays a key support role, assisting senior account managers with the busy day-to-day servicing tasks so they can focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships. This is an ideal position for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

What You'll Do

• Support Senior Commercial Lines Account Managers with renewals, endorsements, COIs, and policy servicing
• Respond to client and carrier inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain accurate client documentation in our agency management system (Applied EPIC)
• Assist with proposal and renewal preparation
• Stay current on industry changes and regulations
• Work independently while collaborating with teammates across departments
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Active California Property & Casualty license
• Minimum 3 years of insurance customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent client service
• Applied EPIC experience is a plus
• A genuine interest in developing long-term client relationship
