Associate Account Manager - Your future position?

As the Associate Account Manager , you will be a key sales professional responsible for managing and growing Givaudan's business with designated accounts. You will lead all Givaudan activities for these accounts, cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers to position Givaudan as their preferred supplier. You will based in Pasig, Manila and report to the Commercial Head (Philippines).

  • Drive business growth for Givaudan by managing designated accounts effectively.
  • Lead all Givaudan activities related to assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to establish Givaudan as the preferred supplier.
  • Develop and implement strategic account development plans, sales forecasts, and budgets with clear KPIs.
  • Manage project pipelines to ensure quality and quantity align with growth objectives.
  • Protect and expand base business in key markets and with major customers.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements and manage credit, pricing, and rebates for key accounts.

Your professional profile includes:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing or Food Technology, Food Science etc.
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales within flavours, food ingredients (manufacturer or distributor) or food-related industries.
  • Proven ability to apply strategic sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills to develop account development plans (ADPs).
  • Understanding of customer strategies, initiatives, priorities, and launch processes to effectively position Givaudan's offerings.
  • A strong drive and passion for multiplying business opportunities & developing new customers (business development) .
  • Prior experience in managing scale-up trials or commercialization projects.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
  • Excellent and effective communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and proactively.
  • Fluency in English and the local language (Tagalog).
