Summary

The Opportunity Our client service professionals play a vital role in supporting our client facing service team with day-to-day account management, including certificate of insurance issuance and claims services that ensure they have what they need to protect what matters most. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry's top talent to help guide and support our customers' needs and provide them with innovative insurance solutions. + Manages the certificate of insurance process + Reviews policies, processes endorsements/certificates/Loss Runs/Audits + Supports Account Manager in gathering renewal information + General account assistance and other special projects + Coordinates premium financing, as necessary + Manages claims processes (notification, claim numbers, adjustors) + Manages Wrap/OCIP Administration including certificate issuance, and weekly/monthly reporting What You Bring To The Table. + 1-2 years of related commercial insurance experience within a brokerage environment + HS diploma or GED + Holds an insurance license in good standing, or willing to obtain an insurance license within 12-months of hire. + Effectively interacts with all levels within the organization + Computer proficient with MSOS, Outlook, agency management systems (Epic preferred) + Required "soft skills": efficient time management, organization, customer service, self-starter, team-oriented and high attention to detail PAY $50,000 - $55,000/annual TAKE THE FIRST STEP TOWARD AN AMAZING FUTURE.
