What Success Looks Like In This Role

• Gains familiarity with Endpoint Management, practices, and methodologies.
• With guidance, performs routine Endpoint Management duties including:
  
  

 o Providing technical support and guidance to end users and Information Technology associates on Endpoint Management best practices,

 o Using ServiceNow or similar platforms to manage incidents, requests, and changes,

 o Updating and maintaining operations manual and contractual reports,

 o Analyzing, packaging, and testing applications, and

 o Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application compatibility, deployment and performance across different platforms using application compatibility services.

• Explores and learns various research methods and techniques to resolve client issues / tickets.
• May provide architectural support and advice within a defined technology, system, or structural area.
• Works on special projects as assigned.
  
  

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 6 months -2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
