Role Description

This is an internship role for an Assisting Designer at Jayanthi Ballal Flagship Store located in Mysore. The Assisting Designer will be responsible for supporting the lead designers in various tasks such as creating design concepts, assisting in fittings, preparing materials, and ensuring that all design projects run smoothly. The role includes collaborating with team members, managing inventory of materials, and assisting in daily store operations to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fashion Design and Textile Design
• Skills in Sketching, Illustration, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design)
• Proficiency in Sewing, Draping, and Pattern Making
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Strong Attention to Detail and Creativity
• Ability to work on-site in Mysore
• Effective Communication and Team Collaboration Skills
• Bachelor's degree or enrollment in a Fashion Design or related program is preferred
