We’re on the lookout for the perfect Assistant Venue Manager to join the Georgia Rose family

As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure smooth service, support the team, and deliver a standout guest experience

Key duties

• :Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house tea
• mMaintain high service standards and resolve issue
• sAssist with opening/closing, ordering, and rosterin
• gCommunicate clearly across all areas of the venu

About You:

• Minimum 1 year in a similar leadership rol

• 
  Confident, calm, and professional under pressur
• eExcellent customer service and team leadership skill
• sCurrent RSA and full availability across a 7-day roste
• rOrganised, reliable, and passionate about hospitalit
