Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Training Manager located in Quezon City. The Assistant Training Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing a wide range of training activities. This includes developing training programs, conducting training sessions, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and providing support for all training-related activities.
Qualifications
Experience in training and development, including creating and implementing training programs
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
Proficiency in using training software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
