Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Liaison Duties

Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing department and other departments.

Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure marketing initiatives are well-coordinated and aligned with company objectives.

Executive Support

Assist the Head of Marketing with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, and travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Marketing Support

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.

Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing strategies.

Project Management

Oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role or as an executive assistant.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
