The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and training teams, helping manage daily operations in a luxury retail environment, and a strong sales focussed environment with a focus on customer service and team leadership.

Experience Required:

-Experience in opening new stores and team recruitment.

-Previous management experience in luxury retail.

-Strong leadership skills and passion for team development.

-Ability to handle operational tasks, including disciplinaries and performance reviews.

-Prior sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
