Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager in AKL and Napier for two of our brands Jay Jays and Just Jeans. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, store management, and retail loss prevention on a day-to-day basis.

• Previous experience in store management or 2IC or retail
• Strong leadership and team management skills
