The Griffin Royal Oak is looking for an Assistant Manager!

The Assistant Site Manager Apartment Community is responsible for all phases of the operation to ensure that the property is maintained in good condition while meeting budgetary requirements. The Assistant Site Manager works closely with the Site Manager to direct the on-site staff in maintenance, marketing, leasing, and general administration of the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, marketing and leasing apartments, supervising outside contractors, handling move-ins and move-outs, ensuring that all maintenance requests and resident application paperwork are processed in a timely manner, resolving resident problems, preparing reports, and maintaining files, as well as, any other duties as assigned by the Site Manager.

The Assistant Site Manager will demonstrate good teamwork skills, common good judgment, excellent written and oral communication skills, enthusiasm, and profession appearance. Candidates must possess a combination of college education, Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, and at least one year of experience in the multi-family apartment industry. Background in accounting, administrative support or marketing preferred.
