Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Proactively assist with client inquiries and communications, ensuring a high level of service while addressing their needs and concerns efficiently.
Data Management: Accurately handle data entry and maintain organized records of client interactions, sales proposals, and contracts to ensure seamless operations.
Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise, taking initiative to resolve them promptly
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including scheduling, managing documents, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Independent Initiative: Take ownership of daily responsibilities and projects, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously while ensuring alignment with Duane's goals and expectations.
Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy in documentation and execution to uphold the company’s high standards.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by adjusting to changing priorities and effectively managing multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
A proactive and self-motivated individual who excels in fast-paced environments, demonstrating a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with precision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients and colleagues while addressing their needs effectively.
Strong data entry skills with a typing speed of 75-90 WPM, ensuring accuracy in documentation and client interactions.
Exceptional attention to detail, able to maintain high standards in all tasks and documents, especially under pressure.
Resourceful problem-solver, capable of identifying issues before they escalate and implementing effective solutions independently.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of data management systems. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
Resilient and adaptable, comfortable handling challenges and shifting priorities with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Able to work both collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative while aligning with Duane's vision and objectives.
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably in a dynamic office environment.
