Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive from IT Industry/ Software Companies


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closure.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose customized software solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align client needs with product capabilities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Maintain CRM tools and generate accurate sales reports and forecasts.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the IT/Software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, cloud solutions, or digital transformation services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
