Summary

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager to join our Sealants & Bonding (S&B) division. This role is responsible for developing and managing business within the industrial sector, offering tailored bonding and sealing solutions, providing technical support, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in industrial B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of industrial potential customer’s
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Conduct product presentations, specification and technical solutions, and provide solution-based selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, logistics, supply chain) to fulfill customer requirements and ensure seamless support
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including inquiries, quotations, negotiations, order processing, and delivery coordination
  • Address customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance market visibility

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the building materials, construction chemicals, or industrial products sector.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region (must possess own transport).
