Position: Assistant Manager - Sales (1 Position) / Job Code – ASM-01
Location: New Delhi
Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / chemical engineering or MBA Marketing.
Experience: 2 to 5 Years (Candidate from valves / pumps / actuators will be given priority)
Skills Required
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Description
 - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Maintain and expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Meeting existing and new customers, arranging presentations and seminar to promote the company and product
- Coordinating with factory and arranging to submit pre and post order documents
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
