Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Lead discovery meetings to understand client challenges and tailor ERP solutions accordingly.
Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations focused on SAP ERP and Acumatica capabilities.
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with mid-market to enterprise-level clients.
Write and present winning proposal to prospects
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Stay up-to-date on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Track and report sales metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of the sales process.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
4 - 6 years of sales experience in B2B software sales, ideally with ERP/software/SaaS products.
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and closing complex deals preferably in the mid-market or enterprise segment.
Experience negotiating and presenting to
C-level decision-makers
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, and operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
ERP implementation experience or technical background in SAP or Acumatica.(Experience with SAP or Acumatica ERP implementation or technical knowledge)
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Bachelors degree or professional sales certification is a plus.
