Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Sales with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the hydraulics industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in both designing and developing hydraulic systems and components. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide innovative, customized solutions that meet their requirements.
As a Senior Sales , you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing technical expertise to clients, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction in hydraulic systems and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Develop Hydraulic Systems and Components: Take ownership of the design, development, and optimization of hydraulic systems and components for various applications.
• Client Collaboration: Understand client needs through discussions and assessments, and offer technical solutions that fulfill their requirements.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation for customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support for hydraulic applications, assisting customers with problem resolution.
• Customer and Internal Team Training: Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on the use and maintenance of hydraulic systems and components.
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in hydraulic technology, industry standards, and innovations.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in hydraulic system design, application, and sales.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of hydraulic principles, components, and applications.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in CAD software and hydraulic simulation tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and internal coordination.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex issues in hydraulic systems.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently while being an effective team member.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Prior sales experience in the hydraulics or engineering industry.
