Experience Required: 2–4 years in retail or customer-facing roles
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Experience:
Assist in driving store sales targets through customer-centric service. Ensure exceptional in-store experience by understanding customer needs and providing relevant product recommendations.
Store Operations:
Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory handling, stock replenishment, and adherence to SOPs. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
Team Management:
Supervise, train, and motivate the store team to achieve performance KPIs. Step in for the Store Manager when needed.
Customer Engagement:
Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Build customer relationships and loyalty through CRM tools and follow-ups.
Reporting & Analysis:
Support in preparing daily sales reports, footfall analysis, and tracking fast- and slow-moving products. Provide inputs to optimize store layout and product placements.
Compliance & Hygiene:
Ensure adherence to grooming standards, safety policies, and hygiene protocols for both staff and the pet-friendly environment.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate degree preferred (any discipline)
Retail sales, team supervision, and POS systems proficiency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for pets and pet wellness a strong plus
