Job Purpose

This position is responsible for managing fundraising campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and innovative ideas in event planning and implementation.
• Provide support in all aspects of event management and fundraising campaign, including proposal writing, venue booking, logistic arrangement, financial management, volunteer management, etc.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external parties.
• Formulate publicity plans and support the production of publicity materials, including graphic design, video production, and copywriting.
• Identify and build network and effective relationship with donors and corporations to draw event exposure and attendance.
• Assist the team to conduct market research and intelligence, and prepare the latest marketing trend and report.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
  
  

Requirements

• University degree holder in any discipline, preferably in marketing, event management or communications.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in event management or marketing communication.
• Relevant working experience in fundraising campaigns in NGOs is a plus.
• Excellent project management and communications skills.
• Self-motivated, multitasking, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• A creative mindset to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to our events.
• Excellent written and verbal in English and Chinese, and effective communication and presentation skills..
