Are you the Assistant Residential Supervisor we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!

JRI’s Butler Center provides comprehensive treatment for boys (ages 12-21) with emotional and mental health diagnoses. Our staff support these boys in developing and practicing strategies that will enable them to manage their behavior. Treatment is delivered by a multidisciplinary team comprised of licensed clinicians, educators (with certification in Special Education), and specially trained Youth Counselors the goal of enabling the boys in our service to return safely to the community.

Salary: $21.00/hr

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

• YOU will be able to ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedure while on site, and through rotating on call coverage.
• YOU will support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• YOU will be able to support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Candidates must have residential program or mental health facility
• Candidates must have supervisory experience in a mental health facility.
• Candidates must maintain a valid driver’s license as transporting youth that we serve is required.
• Candidates must be available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
