Glenhaven Academy is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Glenhaven provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.
Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.
JRI Provides Training So That
YOU will be able to assist in oversight of the Residential Department with the Residential Director and provide care and treatment of our students.
YOU will be able to assist in ensuring all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on call coverage.
YOU will be able to provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff.
YOU will be able to lead residential meetings and trainings, and runs residential shifts when needed.

Requirements
Must be 21 years of age.
Experience in a residential or mental health setting is required.
Experience at the supervisory or management level in residential setting required.
Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.
Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our clients!
Background and driving record checks will be performed.
