Job Title: Assistant Quality Manager

Location: Gurugram, India

Experience Required: 12+ Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead the quality assurance team and ensure the highest standards in garment production and delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with suppliers, factories, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and train the QA team to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of factory manuals, quality systems, and product safety guidelines across suppliers
• Coordinate production processes from style handover to on-time delivery
• Conduct regular factory evaluations, compliance checks, and production reviews
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the merchandise, technical, and production teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines
• Lead weekly QA meetings, track corrective actions, and ensure timely updates in the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Manage and review supplier performance, including trims, product samples, safety, and development reviews
• Maintain up-to-date technical libraries, manuals, and compliance records across all suppliers

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, product safety requirements, and QA systems
• Proven ability to train, manage, and motivate quality teams
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Effective communicator across teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and QMS systems
• Commitment to continuous improvement and upholding company ethics and standards
