RealREPP, a full-service national recruiting firm, is currently teaming with a growing & dynamic privately held commercial owner/developer to assist them in recruiting for a Assistant Property Manager. This APM will assist in overseeing a beautiful Industrial/Logistics portfolio in Palo Alto. This APM must have prior commercial property management experience and have a polished and professional demeanor. The ideal candidate must also have a not task is too big or too small mentality and be a true team player!

Must Haves

• 2-3 years of experience in industrial property management required.
• CA Real Estate License required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Property management accounting experience, budgeting, and CAM reconciliation experience required.
• Software experience in MRI, AvidXchange, Salesforce, and MS Suite preferred.
• Comfortable being in the office Monday – Friday.
