We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our project delivery teams. In this role, you'll help plan, coordinate, and execute key initiatives while gaining valuable experience in end-to-end project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers with planning, timelines, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, track action items, and prepare status reports
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners
  • Help monitor project progress and flag potential risks or delays
  • Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder updates
  • Maintain organized records and ensure project compliance

Your Profile:

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and project tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
