About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to play a vital role in the oversight and execution of commercial cleaning projects. This position requires strong leadership, financial management expertise, and operational efficiency to support project success. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with leadership and field teams to ensure high-quality results, compliance with safety standards, and streamlined coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing project timelines, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
  • Oversee financial processes, including billing packages, change order reconciliation, and vendor invoicing
  • Maintain meticulous documentation related to contract requirements, lien waivers, and compliance reports
  • Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to develop structured value schedules
  • Generate and track purchase orders while managing procurement logistics
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure alignment with safety regulations and best practices
  • Prepare and submit periodic progress reports, tracking key project milestones
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, ensuring accuracy in cost allocations and forecasting
  • Establish and refine workflows to streamline communication and operational efficiency
  • Support field teams with budget reviews, helping optimize production rates and resource planning
  • Lead coordination efforts for project closeout documentation and compliance verification
  • Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and clear communication
  • Develop strategies to enhance project delivery through proactive leadership and problem-solving
  • Organize and lead safety initiatives to reinforce a culture of accountability and best practices

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; relevant industry experience preferred

  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to guide teams effectively
