We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the planning and execution of K-12 school construction projects. In this role, you'll work alongside the Project Manager to manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. You’ll be involved from preconstruction through closeout, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Ideal candidates will have experience or a strong interest in educational construction, especially in navigating the unique requirements of K-12 environments—such as safety around students, phasing, and working on active campuses. Your day-to-day will include managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes, while communicating closely with owners, architects, and field teams to keep everyone aligned and informed.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Project Manager role while making a meaningful impact on schools and communities. We’re looking for someone who is a problem solver, strong communicator, and ready to take ownership of responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
