Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in delivering construction projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and assist in coordinating project activities while ensuring that all requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to the project manager.
• Help in preparing project documentation, including reports and submittals.
• Manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and changes to project scope or schedule.
• Support project closeout processes and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Assist in maintaining project budgets and schedules.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
