About The Job

Support the overall planning, execution, and completion of property development projects, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the planning and oversight of construction and development activities.
• Contributing to feasibility studies and project strategies.
• Monitoring project progress and supporting budget management.
• Liaising with stakeholders (contractors, consultants, authorities, etc.) under the guidance of the Project Manager.
• Assisting in the oversight of mock-ups and fit-out works for sales launches.
• Supporting the implementation of quality control processes and inspections.
• Contributing to the preparation of project status reports.
• Maintaining project documentation.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in property development.
• Solid understanding of feasibility studies and project management principles.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in construction procedures and relevant software (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team.
• Experience in liaising with authorities, consultants, and contractors is an advantage.
