Summary

We are looking for an accountable Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer to be responsible for all aspects of landscape construction projects. Here is an overview of what you can expect to do while working here: * Communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to aid and support throughout all aspects of the project * Create, organize and overseeing all construction projects from conception to completion * Organize and set up job turnovers from sale/estimating to project team * Create job specific submittals, contract submittal and maintain a current submittal log * Maintain current set of construction plans, and communicate all changes to the project team * Create and track all RFI'S, jobsite locations, permitting, safety submittals. * Communicate effectively both internally and externally during the duration of the project * Assist PM with any plan changes and change orders * Complete all closeout documents and submit to client and finalize any permits etc. Requirements * Proven work experience as a Project Engineer * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work on multiple projects at one time * Problem solver * Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to read and understand blueprints and plan details. * Ability to work under tight deadlines Preferred Skills & Experience * Autodesk systems experience * Bilingual English and Spanish * Commercial landscape experience in the Florida market Benefits The well-being of our team members is important to us, and we want to ensure that you feel supported in your growth.
