Job Description:
Assistant project managers collaborate closely with the project manager and superintendent to ensure a project is delivered on time and on budget. Responsibilities include but are not limited to material procurement, submittal management, creating and distributing meeting minutes and coordinating with subcontractors.
Job requirements:
College degree.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project, knowledge of ProCore preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Superior organization skills.
