About The Role

The Project Manager (Doer / Seller) model is based on a balanced workload and strong organizational skills. All roles in the company will be requested to live and lead our core values by example. Doer / Sellers will be responsible for hitting or beating Sales goals each month. We will provide insight, detailed proposals, value propositions, and differentiators throughout the

sales process. It’s all about building relationships based on trust. D/S will be responsible for implementing the Strategic Sales and Marketing Plans, Identifying, Pursing, and

fostering Relationships with Key clients.

Once projects are won, D/S will engage with the Client Teams and Liberty Teams to make sure we are prepared and professional in our execution of the work. We will be a 12th man to clients and provide exceptional Customer Service through, preparation, safety conscience decisions, and professionalism.

D/S will check in periodically on active project to ensure expectations from the client

are being exceeded and follow up at completion for lesson learned captures.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CRM for Project wins, Send and build Accurate Project Wins – Liberty ERP
  • Facilitate or Ensure that Pre‐con Meetings are conducted on all new Jobs. We walk every job before starting, introduce our Field Team member, and fully understand the Clients Operations Teams expectations and schedule
  • Meet or Exceed Gross Profit goals of 30%
  • Lead the Safety 1st mindset and ensure Field is delivering. Drive Safety Culture
  • Review and understand contractual obligations
  • Manage Change Orders in a timely manner / Billing Projections / and Cost‐to‐completes
  • Create Project Wins with Accurate Budgets
  • Verify Projects are Uploaded to Liberty ERP by BOH before project start
  • Project Planning - Hold Internal Precon Meetings on Projects over $100k – Align & Assign Key Responsibilities w/ APM, General Super, Super, Safety, BOH & Asset Manager
  • Verify Badging Requirements for Safety Manager to Execute
  • Schedule Travel Needs – Housing, Mobilization Needs, & Verify Pricing for APM to Execute but ultimately responsible for this task
  • Review Daily Reports on Fieldlens (This will be transferred over to Liberty ERP Eventually)
  • Review Weekly Cost Reports from Super & General Super
  • Schedule Subcontractors (Verify W-9’s & COI’s)
  • Provide Billing Projections by the 10 th of Every Month
  • Review Cost to Completes provided by Supers & General Super and submit Monthly
  • Attend Project Walks once a week and meet with Clients PM Team to discuss progress, changes & safety. (This can be done during weekly subcontractor meetings)
  • Negotiate Release of Retainage Early (Shoot for 50% early release)
  • Follow Up with Client PM Team after substantial completion to get feedback (Always ask for negative feedback to make sure we maintain client satisfaction)
  • Hold & Attend Internal Project Close out Meetings on all projects and provide Post Job Analysis of Financials to Upper Management (President, Accounting Leader, Director of Ops)
