Summary

Your new role:


Looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager for a Midtown -based mixed commercial general contractor. Diverse portfolio of projects including corporate office interiors, tenant fit outs, mission critical facilities, higher education, and some retail/restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established general contractor with a solid pipeline of work!


Core Responsibilities:


  • Support Project Management team from bidding through close-out
  • Participate in project scheduling, bidding, take-offs, procurement, and other tasks as needed.
  • Manage RFI’s, submittals, and change orders and other project documentation.
  • All projects are renovations and fit-outs


To be successful in this role:


  • Construction related degree preferred.
  • 4-6 years’ experience within a commercial general contractor or mechanical/electrical subcontractor
  • Procore experience
  • Estimating and bidding experience are a bonus.
  • Field experience is a bonus.
