We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Project Manager with a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to lead and coordinate our R&D projects. The ideal candidate will also possess strong documentation abilities to support proposal writing, user manuals, and client communication.
💰 Salary: ₹4 to ₹8 LPA (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
📝 1. Technical Documentation
- Proposal Writing: Draft well-structured technical proposals using inputs from design and automation engineers.
- User Manual Preparation: Create comprehensive user manuals with operational steps, safety instructions, and visual references.
- Quotation Creation: Prepare detailed quotations based on technical inputs and ensure pricing accuracy.
- Brochure & Pamphlet Oversight: Collaborate with the design team to create professional marketing materials that reflect product capabilities.
🎯 2. Project & Client Coordination
- Client Communication & Requirement Gathering: Visit client sites, document technical needs, and serve as the single point of contact throughout the project.
- Project Planning & Tracking: Create and maintain visual dashboards to monitor milestones and update both clients and internal teams.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, automation, and software teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- Issue Anticipation & Resolution: Identify bottlenecks or delays early and proactively coordinate with teams to resolve them.
- Quality, Delivery & Implementation Oversight: Manage internal quality checks, machine dispatch, delivery, and oversee installation and commissioning activities.
🤝 3. Recruitment Support
- Draft job posts for technical and support roles.
- Screen candidates and conduct phone or in-person interviews.
- Assess technical knowledge and team compatibility.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide hiring recommendations.
📣 4. Sales & Marketing Support
- Support creation of brochures, flyers, and product presentations for client demos and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with designers and marketing team to ensure branding consistency across materials
- Contribute to case studies and website content based on completed projects.
- Assist in organizing trade show participation and client demo setups.
✅ Required Skillset
- Fluent in English with excellent written grammar.
- Fluent in spoken Tamil.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
- Proficiency in preparing client-facing documents and presentations.
- Prior experience in Industrial Automation or Robotics domains
- Ability to manage timelines, multitask, and coordinate across departments.
- Experience with MS Excel, Word, and presentation tools.
- 3 to 6 years of work experience in a related technical or management role.
