Assistant Project Manager / Real Estate Development Associate

Position Overview

The Real Estate Development Associate will support the development team in managing and executing real estate development projects from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting market research, and contributing to project planning and execution to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential real estate development opportunities.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support project planning.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals throughout the development process.
• Support the leasing and marketing efforts for commercial properties.
• Maintain tenant relations and address tenant inquiries and issues.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and reports.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in real estate development, property management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and trends.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
