The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist in planning and coordinating projects from start to finish
✔️ Manage project submittals and RFIs
✔️ Prepare and review contracts, change orders, POs, and invoices
✔️ Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
✔️ Track project expenses and assist with budgeting
✔️ Communicate project updates with clients, architects, and engineers
Required Skills & Experience:
🔹 Large-scale renovation experience
🔹 Procore (Financial/Budgeting)
🔹 Bluebeam (similar to AutoCAD) for take-offs and planning
🔹 Pre-construction and scheduling experience
🔹 Strong time management, communication, and leadership skills
