Builtech is currently seeking Assistant Project Manager ready to join a fast-paced and growing environment.
Responsibilities:
* Manage 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $10-15M annually.
* Assist Project Manager with project financials and job profitability.
* Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders and invoices.
* Facilitate and execute contract administration responsibility for RFIs, submittals, change management and claim mitigation
* Daily communication with your project teammates.
* Partner with the superintendent to co-develop a master schedule and ensure it is updated weekly.
