Your new role

• Work closely with 1–2 Project Managers on projects
• 5 days a week in the Baltimore, MD office
• Weekly site visits to check on projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in ground-up, education, or municipal is preferred
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to assist on 3–5 projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software
