As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Assistant Project Design Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Perform architectural design management for portfolios of property development
• Responsible for architectural, planning, interior and landscape design projects, including concept, feasibility study, schematic and detailed design works
• Set milestone and coordinate with Project Managers on project design programs. Establish design briefs and design requirements
• Arrange consultant appointment and recommendation on consultants’ proposal. Manage and coordinate with consultants and internal departments on project progress
• Perform product research and development

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture Design or related disciplines
• Qualified Architect with at least 6 years’ post-qualification relevant experience
• Experience gained from property developer or architectural design consultancy is preferred
• Hands-on experience in residential projects with good design flair and management skills
• Strong aesthetic sense and design skills are essential
• Proficiency in 2D & 3D AutoCAD, 3D studio Mas or SketchUp and hand drawings with relevant knowledge in Revit, Rhino, BIM and VR
• Creative, organized, self-motivated and committed
• Proactive and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
• Strong presentation and communication skills verbally and graphically
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese
