About the company:

KMTV Asia is a 24-Hour Korean Entertainment Television Channel which broadcasts Korean music videos, in-house curated music programs, variety, dramas, movies and more!

What we are looking for:

KMTV Asia is looking for enthusiastic candidates who are interested in Korean Entertainment to join our team as an Assistant Programming Manager for the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- conceptualizing, writing, producing and editing of Korean entertainment programs

- subtitling (from Korean to English and/or Mandarin)

- maintaining of program guide and descriptions

- liaising with freelancers for required assets for programs

- other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

- knowledge of Korean entertainment industry (music/dramas/variety)

- strong writing skills in English

- basic knowledge of Korean

(able to handle raw footage without subtitles and create subtitles)

- keen eye for details

- mandarin speaking (preferred)

Working arrangement:

- choice of full-remote, hybrid or full on-site working arrangements and working hours entirely up to employees after completing the probation period
