As the Assistant Program Director I, you'll provide clinical and administrative leadership, ensuring high-quality care for emotionally and behaviorally disadvantaged youth and their families. Responsibilities * Oversee intake, assessment, and treatment services. * Act as a liaison with external agencies and the community. * Plan, implement, and evaluate program activities. * Maintain records and ensure compliance with licensing standards. * Supervise and support program staff, interns, and volunteers. * Manage program budgets, staff ratios, and safety standards. Qualifications * Master's degree in social sciences (M.S.W., M.Ed., M.A. in psychology). * Five years of experience, including two in administration. * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Experience supervising and leading diverse teams.
