Full Time Assistant Program Coordinator
Mon 3p-11p, Wed 3-11p, Thurs 3p-11p, Sa 9a-11p
- an additional 2 hours for planning= 40 Hour total schedule

Norwood, MA, where you’ll provide vital support to individuals ages
3-21 in a residential setting, helping them build skills and achieve their personal goals.
Your Role In Action
- Personalized Support: Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal prep, medication, and transportation.
- Skill Development: Use positive behavior support methods to foster independence and growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with therapists, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide leadership and guidance to direct care staff, ensuring high-quality support.
What You Bring
- Experience: At least one year working with individuals with Brain Injury or similar disabilities.
- Leadership Skills: Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Driver’s License: Valid U.S. license with a minimum of one year of driving experience.
- Empathy & Adaptability: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust to diverse needs.
