The Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver (DU) invites applications for an Assistant Professor of the Practice in the School of Accountancy, starting September 1, 2025.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Professor of the Practice will have responsibility for teaching and service. We are open to applicants with a variety of perspectives and teaching interests. We have a preference for candidates interested in taxation, managerial accounting, or accounting information systems.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field with 10 or more years of executive experience. Preference for Master of Taxation or terminal degree (DBA, Ph.D.) in accounting or a closely related field from an AACSB or EQUIS accredited institution.
