EXTERNAL ADVERT DIESEL BOWSER OPERATOR ASSISTANTS Lomeza Opencast Operations (Pty) Ltd is looking for a passionate and goal driven Diesel Bowser Operator Assistant, who will be based in Northern Cape Hotazel area. The qualified and suitable candidates applying for this position should meet the below minimum requirements. Requirements:- Grade 12 or equivalent. Code 10 Driver’s licence will be advantageous. Dover test with Symbol A. 3 years’ work-related experience. Medically Fit. Knowledge of opencast operations and earth moving equipment. Must understand the importance of working safely. Responsibilities Must be able to barricade and prepare for refuelling of equipment. Take full care of the bowser in terms of its cleanliness and tyre protection. Record diesel usage and diesel received. Reporting equipment defects. Adhere to standard operating procedures. Safety, Health and Environment: - Consistently apply Safety & Health principles in all team interactions and take personal responsibility for the safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalities - Identify specific risks within the area and adhere to discipline – specific plans/systems to avoid these risks.
