Summary

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of several key departments within our staffing organization, including Credentialing, Onboarding, and Recruitment Administration (RA) teams.
  • The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing operational workflows, optimizing team performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • This role will work closely with department leads to improve processes, increase operational efficiency, and ensure the overall success of staffing operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the Credentialing, Onboarding, RA, and other operational teams, ensuring all processes run smoothly and meet internal and external standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide department leads to maintain optimal performance levels and ensure teams meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and deadlines. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational workflows, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all departments adhere to relevant regulatory, legal, and client-specific requirements. Monitor credentialing processes, background checks, and onboarding compliance.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Recruiting, Sales, HR, and Account Management) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and present data-driven recommendations to senior management.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources to meet operational goals. Monitor budgets and operational costs, proposing improvements as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a US staffing or international BPO setup.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of staffing industry best practices, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with staffing software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant operational tools.
