Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Manager – Inside Sales with a strong background in BPO sales and dialler management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing inside sales team, managing sales processes, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets. This role requires hands-on experience in outbound calling environments and a solid understanding of sales dialler systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of inside sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Drive BPO sales performance through proactive outbound calling, effective pitch strategies, and strong team management.
Manage and optimize sales dialler systems for maximum productivity and lead utilization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance feedback to the team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition and revenue generation.
Maintain accurate records of lead activity and sales performance using CRM tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and training to support sales efforts.
Conduct regular training and upskilling sessions for the sales team.
Handle escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in inside sales, specifically in a BPO sales environment.
At least 2 year in a leadership or team-handling role.
Hands-on experience with dialler management (predictive/progressive/manual).
Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM and sales tracking tools.
Graduation is not mandatory
Preferred:
Experience in the BPO or contact center industry.
Knowledge of tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or any sales CRM.
