Job Summary

We are looking for an outgoing and energetic Senior Operations Associate to support the Offline Marketing initiatives of Atome Malaysia. This role involves managing Brand Ambassadors, Staff Incentive Programs, and other Ad Hoc offline projects (Events/roadshows/etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Ambassador Program
  • Hire, train, and manage Brand Ambassadors to perform within the requirements of the program.
  • Visit Brand Ambassadors on duty to monitor and assess performance.
  • Maintain records and reports of the program.
  • Staff Incentive Program
  • Ensure set up of program with participating merchants is executed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all submissions and payments.
  • Monitor program with site visits to merchant partner stores as necessary.
  • Ad Hoc Offline Projects
  • Assist with all aspects of Ad Hoc Offline Projects.
  • Ad Hoc Operational Support
  • Assist with various operational tasks as required.
  • Handle ad hoc requests efficiently to support business needs.

Requirements

  • Willing to work on Weekends (Replacement Leave on weekdays will be given for days worked on weekends)
  • Willing to travel within and out of Klang Valley (must have own transportation)
  • Outgoing and proactive with the ability to solve problems as they arise
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
