Job Responsibilities: * Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans * Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students * Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress * Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting * Manage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions * Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff * Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices * Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes * Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment * Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: * Passion for education and working with students * Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills * Eagerness to learn and be trained * Team Spirit and ability to work and collaborate with people. * Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities * Proficiency in computer skills All applicants will be required to provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
