Summary

The Assistant Manager/Senior Executive – Sales Operations plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by efficiently managing sales order processes, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. As part of a software development company specializing in versatile point-of-sale (POS) solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, you will help drive efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective operations management. 


Key Responsibilities 


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and assist with order processing, validation, and management. 
  • Prepare sales reports and assist with the creation of sales presentations and proposals. 
  • Manage customer inquiries and maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the sales cycle. 
  • Handle social media leads management and other lead generation activities to support business growth. 
  • Follow up with debtors for collections and maintain payment records. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate sales-related documents, including agreements and contracts. 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. 
  • Provide market feedback based on customer interactions and sales trends. 
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets by efficiently handling various operational tasks. 
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and other sales platforms. 


Qualifications and Experience 


  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent relevant professional qualification (SLIM/CIM). 
  • 3+ years of experience in sales/business operations role, preferably within a technology or telecommunication industry. 
  • Proven experience in providing excellent customer service and supporting sales teams. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records in high-volume environments. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional setting while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce system experience is highly desirable).
