Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Production Planning and Controlling PLANSEE India High Performance Materials Pvt.Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production, develop operational and planning strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
• Capacity planning with respect to customer schedules, planning the resources as per requirement.
• Experienced and knowledge in calculating Cycle time, takt time, OEE. Waste reduction etc.
• Able to lead a team of 6+ persons and more.
• Act as a window person between all customers and company for production and delivery related queries
• SAP data maintenance and preparation of actual data and key figures (sales, capacity bottlenecks, cost deviations, deadline tracking, etc.)
• Collaboration in the implementation of strategic goals for the location and the business units.
• Strong Knowledge of ISO:9001-2015, also should be certified internal auditor for any one of the standards Maintain records related to ISO 9000 procedures.
• Close interaction with sales team and releasing the monthly rolling forecasts to internal depts. with accuracy of greater than 95%.
• Should have knowledge of Lean Management Systems.
• Track KPIs for performance assessment.
  
  

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Industrial in Engineering.
• Proficient in SAP -Must
• Excellent in MS Office and MS Excel
• Should have 6-8 years of experience in Production, Planning & control. Should have handled the PPC function independently.
• Good Communication skill & interpersonal skill
• Establishes effective working relationships among team members. Participates in solving problems and making decisions.
• Possess analytical & problem-solving ability.
